I. How do I register?

To become a user on Jaomall, click on ‘register’ at the top left part of the website and follow the instructions.

Alternatively, select an item you wish to buy and when you check out, you will receive a pop up for login or registration.

When registering ensure you use an active mobile number and a valid email address.

To receive all our upcoming campaigns, offers and newsletters, check the request box and accept our terms and conditions when registering.

II. How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on log in and then click on forgot password and follow the instructions and a link will be sent to your email for reset.

If it happens that you can no longer access the email address used, you should call our customer care or have an online chat with us and after we clarify that you are the owner of the account, we will reset the password for you.

III. How do I change my account setting?

To change account settings:

  1. Log in then go to Your Account and select Settings.
  1. Click Edit next to the account information you’d like to update.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions and click Save Changes.
